High Society's Smokes & Strokes Pool Tournament, 2024
At High Society Cannabis Club Thailand, we’re all about bringing people together and throwing some of the best cannabis events in Thailand. One of our most popular gatherings is the 8 Ball Tournament—a pool competition that’s quickly become a favorite among our community of stoners, friends, and even families. In just six months, we’ve hosted the tournament twice, with each event pulling in a crowd eager to join the fun.
Both tournaments were held at the Sports Academy Pool Bar & Diner in Nana, Bangkok, an area known for its nightlife and entertainment. The first took place on April 11, 2024, and the second on July 6, 2024. The venue’s lively yet laid-back vibe made it the perfect spot for everyone to hang out, smoke, and compete in a friendly game of pool.
Each tournament drew around 50 guests— over 30 of them competing, while the rest came to soak in the atmosphere, support their friends, and enjoy the chill community vibe that High Society BKK is known for. It wasn’t just about the competition—there was plenty of socializing and good times to go around.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a High Society Cannabis Club event without a little cannabis twist. We integrated cannabis into the experience, enhancing the vibe for both players and spectators alike. Plus, with a prize pool of 10,000 THB on the line, the stakes were high, and the players brought their best game.
Big shoutout to our awesome sponsors, Purize and OG Kratom, for contributing to the prize pool and adding to the overall experience. Thanks to them, the 8 Ball Tournament was a massive success, filled with six hours of friendly competition, smoking sessions, and good vibes.
